Shapcotts are a friendly, family firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors based in Derby with a team of 18 staff to service your needs. We have been established over 30 years and now have the next generation using the latest technology to continue our philosophy of personal but professional service.

Director
Kimberley trained as a Chartered Accountant in PwC in their London offices. This great experience of dealing with a range of large companies in London helped give a wealth of knowledge. She now specialises in Rental Properties and Cloud Accounting software. She is a certified advanced expert in QuickBooks Online, so can assist with even the most complex issues.
Nick Parkes
Director
Nick joined Shapcotts in the spring of 2016 and brings with him over 30 years of accountancy and tax knowledge to his role as director. Nick has been meeting clients regularly since joining us and continues to meet and deal with other clients on a rolling basis. He has specific expertise in the agricultural trade, research & development claims, and the structuring of management buyouts and would be happy to discuss and advise on any of these areas if you are currently contemplating any of them.
Janet Shapcott
Practice Manager
Janet has worked within the practice for over 30 years. Her current role is to ensure clients’ work is completed on a timely basis and flows through the office smoothly. Janet’s expertise covers accounts, VAT, CIS, payroll, HR and business admin which she uses regularly to advise and help clients.
